IronMVMNT Nutrition Coaching
Being taught how to fuel my body changed not just my body, but my life. I spent most of my adulthood overweight. I would exercise off and on, and tried every diet there was, but nothing stood the test of time. In April, 2016, all of that changed. After doing a program with Kat and Christina, it taught me not to be afraid if the scale, and to not let the scale define me. I have maintained a healthy relationship with food since. I’ve stayed about the same weight for almost 3 years now. My mind has been changed about food and as a result, I’m much happier and healthier than I’ve ever been. I’m 47 years old and feel amazing.
FAQs
How will coaching be done?
Once you purchase, you will receive an email with all you need to know. But here’s an overview.
Your email will provide our Nutrition Coaching Starter Packet and will include a link to schedule your initial consult.
Nutrition coaching begins with an initial consult (around 45-60 minutes) where we will go over the intake form (included in the Nutrition Coaching Starter Packet), and get to know your goals and make a game-plan. You’ll walk away with enough info to get you going. Check-ins are generally every other week and are ~15-20 minutes. All meetings are done using secured video conferencing from Zoom.Us. A meeting ID will be provided to you.
Are there any specific foods off-limit?
Unless you are allergic to something, we coach you through how to fit fun foods in while you are still working on fat loss, muscle gain, or maintenence goals so that you won’t have to worry about the restriction-binge cycle.
Do you work with medical nutrition-related conditions?
Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist is licensed in several states to perform medical nutrition therapy. However, our focus is on nutrition coaching for performance and coaching to support long-term lifestyle nutrition changes during maintenance. If you have specific medical conditions and would like to work with us, please email us at coach@femvmnt.com for some great recommendations or clarity on specific conditions.
Do you take clients with eating disorders?
Because of the support and multi-disciplinary team needed and our views on healthy intentional weight loss, we are not taking any clients with diagnosed or suspected eating disorders. Please email coach@femvmnt.com for some referrals of RDs who work in the field of eating disorders and sports nutrition.
