Will I have a personal coach helping me through this?
This program was built in a way to guide you through the weeks, however, if you’d like a coach for extra support we’ve made that an option in the check-out.
Are there videos involved in this program?
Right now we’re in beta testing and the whole program can be done with the PDF. However, we’re always improving! We’ll be upgrading our beta testers to the final program once complete with video.
Will this help my specific medical condition?
Our focus is on nutrition coaching for performance and coaching to support long-term lifestyle nutrition changes during maintenance.
Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Kat, is licensed in several states to perform medical nutrition therapy.
