Will I have a personal coach helping me thorugh this?

This program was built in a way to guide you through the weeks, however, if you’d like a coach for extra support we’ve made that an option in the check-out.

Will I get a physical copy of this program?

Right now we are just offering the downloadable PDF. Office stores can help with printing and binding though!

Are there videos involved in this program?

Right now we’re in beta testing and the whole program can be done with the PDF. However, we’re always improving! We’ll be upgrading our beta testers to the final program once complete with video.

Will this help my specific medical condition?

Our focus is on nutrition coaching for performance and coaching to support long-term lifestyle nutrition changes during maintenance.

Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Kat, is licensed in several states to perform medical nutrition therapy.

Kat Garcia-Benson, RDN, LD

Kat is a licensed and registered dietitian nutritionist. She helps clients escape the roller coaster dieting cycle, improve their relationship with food, & have empowered, intentional eating habits without cluttering rules & restrictions.

Her main areas in private practice nutrition coaching are sports nutrition, prenatal nutrition, and gut health.

Kat’s number 1 goal is for everyone to have a healthy relationship with food with a long-term focused, flexible nutrition plan. 

She is able to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy depending on your situation including diabetes, PCOS, high cholesterol, etc.
